The parked car is where a lot of people finally say what they actually think. Even if only to the steering wheel.
STILLNESS
STILLNESS
A car on its own in a car park has a door, no audience and nothing expected of you. Thoughts that cannot be said in a full house or a group chat come out there because nothing happens as a result. Saying something out loud, even to nobody, changes it; it stops circling and becomes a sentence with an end.
If you get five minutes in a parked car this week, use them for that. Say the real thing in plain words, the complaint, the worry, the thing you want. Notice how much smaller it is once said, then decide calmly whether anybody else needs to hear it.
What have you said out loud only inside a parked car?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
