STILLNESS
STILLNESS
Late at night your head runs with fewer resources and more certainty, which is a bad combination. The same situation that looks unfixable in the dark often turns out to be a conversation and a bus ride in the morning. The facts did not change, only your capacity to hold them.
Make yourself a plain rule: nothing gets sent or decided after midnight. Write the thought down instead, in full, and read it at ten the next morning. Some of it will still be true, and some will read like a stranger wrote it.
What have you acted on at night and regretted by morning?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
