A machine doing something faster does not answer whether the thing should be done.

Speed is a solved question and value is not. Faster production of something unnecessary is just more of it, and the impressive capability distracts from the prior question that nobody in the room asked.

When a new capability arrives, ask what it is for before asking how to use it. Should is a separate conversation from can, and it tends to be skipped precisely because the technical question is more fun to answer.
