Copying the winning team’s plays without their practice is just cosplay.

LEADERSHIP
What you can see of a successful group is the visible layer: the plays, the system, the things that have names. Underneath sits the part nobody films, which is the hours that make those plays executable. Take the top layer without the bottom one and you get the look of the thing without any of its function.
When you want to borrow something that works, ask what it requires rather than what it looks like. Then decide honestly whether you are willing to put that in. Copying the practice schedule is less exciting than copying the formation, and it is the half that actually transfers.
Whose results are you copying without copying their hours?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
