Keeping your plans quiet can be smart. Keeping your struggles quiet usually isn’t.

Silence about plans protects something real, since nobody can talk you out of it, compete with it, or hold you to a version you have outgrown. Silence about struggle protects nothing. It leaves the problem exactly as large as it was and removes the one thing that reliably shrinks it, which is somebody else knowing.
Separate the two deliberately this week. Keep the plan to yourself if you want, and tell one person about the part that is going badly. Choosing who to tell is reasonable caution. Telling nobody is carrying it alone for no return.
What are you struggling with that nobody has been told?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
