Strategy without rest is just panic with a calendar.

LEADERSHIP
A plan built on the assumption that you never run out is not a plan about a real person. Tired decisions are worse decisions, so a schedule that ignores sleep quietly undoes the thinking that produced it. Panic can look extremely organised. Colour coded and alphabetised panic is still panic, just harder to argue with.
Look at the week ahead and find the one evening with nothing in it, then defend that evening. If there is no such evening, move something. Rest belongs in the plan on purpose, not in whatever is left over at the end.
Does your packed schedule actually feel like a plan?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
