Kids remember what you did more than what you told them. Legacy is mostly showing, not telling.

Younger people watch far more than they listen. What you do becomes the standard they take as normal, while anything you say gets weighed against it and dropped if the two disagree. The gap between the two is the only thing that gets taught reliably.

Pick the one thing you most want somebody younger to learn and do it in front of them this week with no commentary. Let the behaviour be the entire lesson.
