The sky is a delayed broadcast. What reaches your eyes tonight set out before you were born, in some cases before anybody in your family was born, and it is still arriving on schedule with no interest in your week. Holding something that large next to a group chat argument does not make the argument fake. It does give it a size.

Go outside after dark this week and look up for five minutes with no phone in your hand. Then come back to whatever is bothering you and ask whether it still needs a reply tonight. Most of it keeps fine until morning.
