Winning together is easy. Your team is whoever still shows up to practice after the bad loss.

Good results hide everything. Anyone will turn up for a team that is winning, because there is nothing to pay and plenty to collect. The Tuesday after a bad loss has no reward attached to it, so attendance that morning is information about who is actually in. That is also when the group gets decided for the rest of the season.

After the next loss, go to the next session and keep your opinions about it to yourself. Notice who else is there and train with them. Say nothing about who was missing, because everybody already knows.
