Decisions made after midnight should need a second vote in the morning.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
After midnight everything is weighted differently. Risk looks smaller, feelings look larger, and the whole thing seems urgent in a way that will be hard to reconstruct over breakfast, which is why so many late choices look strange the next day. A second vote is not a ban, it is a check by somebody better rested.
Make the rule in advance so you do not have to be wise at one in the morning. Anything big gets written down tonight and decided tomorrow. If it still looks right at ten, go ahead, now twice approved.
What would you put to a morning vote before acting on it?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
