There is wisdom in knowing what you can learn and what you should delegate.

LEADERSHIP
You cannot learn everything, and you should not delegate everything. The judgment is about return. Things you will do often, or that sit at the heart of what you care about, are worth learning even slowly. Things that are rare, highly specialised, or peripheral are usually better handed to someone who already knows them.
List what currently takes your time and mark each one as frequent or occasional, central or peripheral. The frequent and central items are where learning pays. Give away one of the others this month, and notice that giving it away is a decision about where your attention belongs.
What are you still doing yourself that someone else should handle?
