Capability includes knowing when another person is more capable.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Recognising that someone else would do this better is itself a form of skill. It requires knowing enough to judge the work, and enough security to say it without feeling diminished. People without that recognition tend to hold on to tasks they are mediocre at, which limits both the result and their own growth elsewhere.
Look at what you are holding on to and ask whether you are genuinely the best available person for it. If not, hand it over and put your attention on what only you can do. Deferring to greater capability is a decision made from strength, not from doubt.
