An algorithm’s picture of you may contain more of your tired evenings than your considered beliefs.

REFLECTION
What gets recorded about you is heavily weighted toward the moments when you were tired, bored, or scrolling. Those are the times you consume most and choose least deliberately, and a profile assembled from them describes your low-effort self rather than the person you are when you are paying attention.
If what you are being shown is starting to feel like a portrait of your worst hours, that is roughly what it is. Notice it without treating it as a verdict. And where you can, do your deliberate choosing in places that are not learning from you at the same time.
Would your late-night browsing describe the person you consider yourself?
