The profile remembers the version of you that was easiest to describe.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Any record of a person keeps the traits that were easy to capture. The stated preferences, the categories, the behaviours that fit a field in a database. Everything ambiguous, changing, or contradictory gets dropped, so what remains is not the simplest version of you by accident, it is the version that was recordable.
When a system, or a group of people, seems to have you fixed as a particular sort of person, remember that the fixing happened because that part of you was legible. You are not obliged to keep matching it. But expect a lag before anything catches up with a change you have made.
