Money can buy a better view without improving the person looking through the window.

LEADERSHIP
Circumstances change faster than people do. A better apartment, a better car, a better set of options, and the same person is still inside it with the same habits and the same unresolved things. That gap is why arriving somewhere you wanted can feel oddly flat, and it is not a reason for guilt, only for accuracy.
Before the next improvement in your circumstances, ask what you are hoping it will change in how you feel. Then work on that directly as well. Do both, since the view genuinely is nicer and it will not do the other job.
What would still bother you after every bill was paid?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
