An undecided voter is treated as important partly because they have not yet promised to agree.

LEADERSHIP
The uncommitted person receives attention precisely because they have withheld agreement. Everyone already persuaded is taken for granted, so influence flows towards those who have not yet given it, and the reward for having decided is being ignored. Systems court the undecided and neglect the loyal.
Worth noticing where this operates in your own life, in both roles. Loyal customers, long-standing colleagues, and steady friends get less attention than people whose commitment is in question, and that is worth actively correcting. And if you have found that agreeing readily has made you invisible, that is a real pattern rather than a feeling.
