Anyone whose income depends on your anxiety has a quiet interest in it continuing. That does not make them villains; it makes them people whose attention naturally settles on the problem rather than the point where you would stop needing them. The pattern shows up in supplements, subscriptions, coaching, security systems, certain kinds of news. The relief arrives just often enough to keep you paying and rarely enough to keep you worried.
Ask what would have to be true for this person to tell you that you are fine. If there is no such answer, find a second opinion from someone with nothing to sell.
Whose product depends on you staying anxious about the same thing?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
