The person affected by a post should have a say before it becomes difficult to remove.

Posting about someone else moves their life into a room they did not choose. Once it is up, the picture, the story, the detail about their health or their child spreads and gets saved, and taking it down later removes almost none of what it did. The decision looks small at the time because you are thinking about your feed rather than their week.

Before posting anything with another person in it, send it to them and wait for an answer. Accept a no without needing a reason. If it is already up and they are uncomfortable, take it down first and discuss it after.
