The person learning the job needs examples of ordinary work, not only your best result.

Showing a beginner only your finest work teaches them the wrong target. They calibrate to something rare, then read their own ordinary output as failure, when in fact most professional work is solid rather than remarkable and that is what the job largely consists of. Nobody tells them this part.
Show someone new an average piece from last month next to the good one. Say which was which, say what the average one still did correctly, and let them see the actual range.
Which ordinary example of your work would help someone learning it?
