The right class gives you a reason to use the materials you kept meaning to open.

Materials bought with good intentions can sit for years, because intention on its own does not produce an hour. A scheduled commitment supplies what willpower does not: a fixed time, other people expecting you, and a reason to open the box that has nothing to do with how you feel that evening.

If something unused has been waiting, find the class or the group rather than promising yourself a free Sunday. The teaching matters less than the appointment does.
