The question of comfort belongs to the person who must sit, sleep, or move there.

REFLECTION
Comfort is not a matter of opinion from across the room. Whether a chair is right, whether a mattress works, whether a route is manageable, can only be answered by the body that has to do it, day after day. Everyone else is guessing from the outside, and taste has no idea what your back is doing at three in the morning.
Let the person who will actually use the thing decide, and hold your own preferences lightly. When it is yours, say what you need clearly, even when the honest answer is unfashionable or costs more. Nobody is coming to check that you chose the elegant option.
Whose comfort did you decide about without asking them first?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
