A simple introduction can be enough without a full account of your accomplishments.

REFLECTION
Introductions are often treated as auditions. You list the role, the credentials and the recent thing, hoping to establish that you belong in the room, and the effort itself tends to signal doubt. Most people are only working out whether you are pleasant to talk to. Your name and one plain sentence is usually the whole requirement.
Prepare a short introduction that says who you are and stops there. Let the rest emerge later, if it emerges at all, and spend the saved effort on listening.
What do you add when introducing yourself that nobody needs?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
