An efficient morning can still lead to an overcrowded afternoon if nothing is left out.
RESILIENCE
RESILIENCE
A good morning can quietly overload the rest of the day. Getting through things fast frees up hours, and the freed hours fill immediately with everything postponed, so efficiency becomes a way of doing more rather than a way of having room. Nothing is ever removed, only rescheduled. Speed without subtraction just moves the crowding to the afternoon.
When a morning goes well, protect part of the gain instead of spending all of it. Take one thing off the day rather than adding two.
What will you leave out of tomorrow rather than squeeze in?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
