The ordinary weekend deserves a plan that includes enjoyment before exhaustion chooses the ending.

GRATITUDE
Weekends often end by running out rather than by arriving anywhere. Chores take first claim, errands expand, and the thing you were looking forward to slides to Sunday evening when nothing is left in you. Exhaustion makes the decision, and the rest of the time was spent without ever being enjoyed. Two free days do not organize themselves.
Put one thing you actually want to do into the weekend before the jobs go in. Protect it the way you would protect an appointment somebody else expected you to keep.
What would you do first if the weekend started with pleasure?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
