Sometimes progress is learning not to interfere with what is already working.
STILLNESS
STILLNESS
Not every situation is asking for improvement. Something is functioning, and the itch to optimise it, adjust it, or make it better arrives from restlessness rather than need. Interference in a working system is a common way to break it, and calling that interference progress is how it gets permission.
Look at what in your life is currently going well and ask whether you have been quietly tinkering with it. Try leaving it exactly as it is for a month. Put the same energy toward something that actually needs attention. Learning where not to apply yourself is as much a skill as knowing where to.
