The person moving slowly may be working harder than the person passing them.

REFLECTION
Speed is a poor measure of effort. Whoever is moving slowly may be carrying an injury, a load, or a form of exhaustion you cannot see, or may simply be doing something more difficult than it looks from behind. Our judgment defaults to the visible pace because it is the only thing available.
Impatience will arrive this week, in traffic, on a path, in a queue, or at work, and it is a signal that you are missing information about the other person. Give the extra minute without irritation. If you are the slower one, allow that too, without explaining yourself.
Who have you judged as slow without knowing their load?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
