A small practical plan can make a large uncertain week feel more livable.
RESILIENCE
RESILIENCE
Uncertainty is hard to argue with and easy to shrink. When a week is full of things you cannot predict, the mind treats the whole stretch as unmanageable, though most of it still contains meals, sleep, and a few fixed points you control. Deciding a handful of those in advance gives the week edges, and edges make it possible to breathe.
Pick three ordinary things and settle them now. Decide what you will eat on the worst evening, when you will get outside, and who you will call. Write them somewhere you will see them. The uncertainty stays, but you are no longer meeting it with nothing arranged.
