Some things need preparation more than acceleration.
STILLNESS
STILLNESS
Some things cannot be sped up, only entered better prepared. A difficult conversation, a demanding role, a serious project: pushing harder at the wrong stage produces a worse version, while time spent getting ready changes what you are able to do when it starts. The lever is readiness, not pace.
For whatever is ahead of you, ask what preparation would most change the outcome and whether you have actually done it. Frequently the answer is unglamorous: rehearse the conversation, learn the thing you have been avoiding, get the sleep. Do that instead of trying to arrive sooner.
What are you speeding up that really needs more groundwork?
