The person who handles everything alone may appreciate help before anything becomes a crisis.

Capable people are usually offered help only once they are visibly failing. By then the offer arrives as rescue, which is harder to accept than company, and the person carrying the load has already spent months absorbing what could have been shared. Coping quietly is not the same as needing nothing.
Think of someone in your life who manages a great deal on their own. Offer something small and specific now, while everything still looks fine, such as a Saturday morning or a standing lift. Ask without requiring them to explain how much they are carrying, and let a no be an easy answer.
Who in your life is coping so well nobody offers help?
