The things you display help decide what you notice every day.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
What sits in your eyeline stops being visible and starts being structural. Photographs, books left face up, a bowl of fruit, an unopened bill: each one quietly repeats a subject to you every time you pass, and repetition is how attention gets trained. Nobody chooses most of it deliberately. It accumulates, and then it does the choosing.
Look around the room you spend the most time in and read it as a list of reminders. Ask what each item keeps bringing to mind. Put away one thing that pulls you somewhere unhelpful and set out one that does the opposite.
What sits in your line of sight all day at home?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
