A dance lesson makes balance visible as something people learn, not simply possess.

Watch anyone being taught to stay upright while moving and the idea of natural grace starts to come apart. Balance turns out to be a set of small corrections, learned slowly, practised until they stop looking like corrections at all. Most things we call talent have this shape underneath. The people who seem to have been born with it were usually just taught earlier, or drilled longer, or given somewhere safe to fall over.
Pick something you have decided you simply are not good at. Ask whether you were ever actually taught it, and give it one honest lesson.
When did you last treat a skill as learnable rather than innate?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
