A slow morning can reveal details that hurried departures repeatedly spend without noticing.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Rushing does not skip the morning, it spends it without looking. The same light comes through the same window, the same street sounds happen, and on a hurried day all of it passes through you unregistered. Slowness is not extra time but permission to receive what was already there. You have had the experience either way; the difference is whether any of it stayed.
Try building in fifteen minutes this week, not to do more with but to do less. Drink something sitting down, look out of a window, leave the phone in another room. What you notice will not be new, which is what makes it worth noticing.
What do you pass every morning without ever looking at?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
