A bridge can connect places whose residents still need reasons to visit one another.

Access and contact are not the same thing. Once a crossing exists, people can reach each other, and plenty still will not, because nothing on the far side gives them a reason to be there. Connection needs a market, a pitch, a school, a choir, some ordinary occasion that puts two groups in the same place doing the same thing. Structures make visiting possible and occasions make it happen.

Look at a group near you that you never mix with. Ask what shared occasion would give both sides a plain reason to be in one room, and whether it already exists.
