The spectator sees choices without carrying the pressure of having to choose one.
RESILIENCE
RESILIENCE
Clarity is cheap from a seat. Watching a game or a decision from outside, the options lie out flat and the right one looks obvious, because none of the weight of committing is resting on you. The player has the same information and a body full of consequence, and that difference is most of what separates their hesitation from your certainty.
Before offering advice this week, say to yourself what you are not carrying. Then give the advice anyway, but hold it more loosely and ask what it feels like from inside. Being outside is genuinely useful; it is just not the same as being right.
Whose decision have you judged from a seat with no stakes?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
