A fair description includes the conditions that made the result difficult.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
A result on its own is only half a report. The same finish means very different things depending on whether the road was wet, the team was short staffed, the budget was cut in March, or everything ran smoothly. Leaving the conditions out makes an account look objective while quietly making it inaccurate, and the people who suffer most from that are the ones who worked hardest in the worst circumstances.
When you write up or repeat any outcome, add the sentence about what it was like. Do the same when judging yourself at the end of a hard year. Conditions are not excuses; they are part of the measurement.
Whose result have you described without the conditions they worked under?
