You cannot think like yesterday and expect tomorrow to look unfamiliar.

The future is not made of time passing. It is made of the decisions you make on the way there, and those decisions come from the same assumptions you are using now. Keep the assumptions and the years will produce a longer version of the present rather than a different life. Something has to change upstream of the outcome.

Identify one assumption you have never questioned about your work, your money, or what you are allowed to ask for. Question it directly this week, in conversation with someone who might disagree with you. Different results start as a different premise, not as a stronger effort against the old one.
