Your mind does not need more information when it already knows what you refuse to practice.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Reading more is a comfortable way to postpone doing more. Another book, another episode, another saved article, and the sense of progress is real even though nothing in your life has changed shape. At some point the gap is no longer knowledge; it is the willingness to be bad at the thing while you learn it in public. Information becomes a hiding place.
Ask what you already know you should do and have not started. Then reduce it to a version so small it removes the excuse, twenty minutes, one paragraph, one conversation. Do that version before you consume anything else on the topic.
What do you already know how to do but avoid practising?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
