You don’t need to feel unstoppable; you need to stop stopping yourself.

RESILIENCE

WHAT THIS MEANS

Feeling unstoppable is rare and unnecessary. What actually holds most people back is not a lack of force but a set of small self-interruptions: the second-guessing, the restarting, the abandoning of something at the first awkward stretch. Remove those and ordinary effort turns out to be enough. The obstacle is usually internal traffic rather than insufficient power.

Notice how you tend to stop yourself, whether it is by rewriting the plan, waiting for certainty, or getting discouraged by early results. Pick the most frequent one and refuse it for a month. Simply not interrupting yourself is often the whole improvement.
