Make something recognizable without making something predictable.

Recognizable means someone can tell it is you. Predictable means they can tell what you will do next. The two get confused because both come from consistency, but one is about identity and the other is about exhaustion. Work can carry an unmistakable signature and still surprise, as long as the constant is the sensibility rather than the formula.

Find what stays the same across your work and ask whether it is a way of seeing or a set of habits. Keep the first. Interfere with the second on purpose.
