A leader’s behavior teaches louder than their instructions.

LEADERSHIP
People read what leaders do far more accurately than what they say, because behaviour cannot be edited for the audience. Instructions describe an intention, actions describe a standard, and when they diverge everyone believes the actions. The teaching happens whether or not you intended to teach.
Look at what you actually model, not what you announce. How you handle a mistake, how late you reply, how you speak about people who are absent. Those are your real instructions, and they are being followed.
What are you teaching the people watching you, without saying it?
