Purity in person and in morals is true godliness.

GRATITUDE
Whatever you believe, the substance of it shows up in how you keep yourself and how you deal with people, not in what you profess. A life that is clean in its ordinary details, honest accounts, kept promises, nothing hidden in a drawer, is the thing itself rather than a sign of it. Declarations are cheap and conduct is not, which is why conduct is the only reliable evidence.
Look for the gap between what you say you value and one specific thing you did last week. Close that gap in the direction of the conduct, not by revising what you claim to believe.
Does your daily conduct match what you say you believe?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
