Few people do business well who do nothing else.

STILLNESS
A life with only work in it eventually makes the work worse. Judgement needs somewhere to stand outside the problem, and that comes from other rooms, other people, hours that are not accountable to anything. Someone with no life beyond the job loses proportion first and then loses the edge they were protecting.
Put one non-negotiable thing in the week that has nothing to do with earning. A class, a walk with someone, an evening that cannot be moved. Protect it on the busy weeks especially, because those are the weeks it is doing the most good.
What did you last do that had nothing to do with work?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
