GRATITUDE
When somewhere with everything in it stops interesting you, the problem has moved inside. Boredom in a rich environment is rarely about the environment; it is about attention that has gone flat, usually from tiredness, routine or something unresolved taking up the foreground. Changing cities does not fix that, which is why the new place feels wonderful for six weeks and then exactly the same. What you bring is most of what you get.
If everything feels stale, look first at sleep, at work you have stopped caring about, and at anything you have been avoiding. Then do one genuinely unfamiliar thing where you already live.
Which place have you stopped seeing because you live there?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
