Living for something that outlasts you changes how the end looks. When your work, your people or your commitments extend past your own span, the thought of finishing is less like everything stopping and more like handing something over. That is not a cure for fear, and fear is a reasonable thing to have.
Without deciding anything large, you might ask what in your life is meant to continue after you: someone you are teaching, something you are building, a thing you look after. Put a little more into that this month. It tends to make the present hours steadier too.
