CREATIVITY
Staying the same is not how anything stays good. Circumstances move, and a person who holds a fixed arrangement while everything around it shifts ends up further from where they wanted to be, not closer. What looks like steadiness in people who remain content over decades is usually a long series of adjustments made early, before the situation forced them.
Look at a routine or a view you have kept for a long time simply because you have kept it. Ask whether it still does what it was for. Changing something small before it breaks is far cheaper than changing it afterwards.
What habit that once served you has outlived its use?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
