There is no greater harm than that of time wasted.

STILLNESS
Wasted is worth defining before it becomes a stick to beat yourself with. Rest is not waste, and neither is anything that restores you; what the word points at is drift, the hours that give back nothing and were never chosen. The harm stays quiet because no single one of those hours matters, and they only show up in aggregate, years later.
Track where a few evenings actually go this week without judging any of it. Then change one recurring block you would not choose again, and leave the genuinely restful ones exactly as they are.
Which hours of your week do you resent afterward?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
