Those who make the worse use of their time are the first to complain of its shortness.

STILLNESS
Complaining about not having time is often a complaint about how the time went rather than about how much there was. Days spent deliberately feel longer in retrospect, while days that leak away leave no trace, which is why a busy week can vanish with nothing to show for it. Some people are genuinely short of hours, through long shifts or caring for someone, and that is a real shortage; for many others it is one of attention rather than hours.
Rather than looking for more time, look at where yours currently goes. If any of it is yours to rearrange, reclaim one recurring block, put something you actually care about into it, and see whether the week still feels short.
Where does your day leak hours you later say you lacked?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
