RESILIENCE
Two of the four feel good, one is thoroughly unpleasant, and all of them are equipment rather than moods. Fear keeps you alive, hope keeps you moving, love attaches you to something outside yourself, and faith is trust placed in what you cannot see or prove. Running without one of them tends to produce a flattened person rather than a stronger one.
Ask which of the four you have been suppressing as a weakness. Usually it is fear or hope, and usually it is still operating underground. Letting it back into the open makes it much easier to reason with.
