Attack excuses before they become strategy.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
An excuse starts as an explanation for one occasion and, if unchallenged, becomes the framework you plan around. Not enough time turns into a permanent condition rather than a fact about a particular week, and soon your whole approach is built to accommodate it. Catching them early is much easier than dismantling them once they have become the structure.
Listen for the reason you have given more than twice. Ask whether it is a fact or a habit of speech. Then design one small piece of your week that assumes it is not true, and see whether the assumption holds.
Which excuse have you repeated long enough to believe it?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
