What once required courage can eventually require routine.

CREATIVITY
Things that once demanded a great deal of nerve, speaking up, travelling alone, difficult conversations, tend to become ordinary with repetition. The courage is spent on the first several occasions and then is no longer needed, because the thing has become something you simply do. That is the usual life cycle of a fear rather than an exception.
If something still requires courage every time, count how often you have actually done it. Usually the answer is a handful. Increase the frequency deliberately, and let the requirement wear down on its own.
What used to frighten you that you now do casually?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
